What is a Modular Home?

Modular is a type of construction in which a home is built indoors under controlled factory conditions using the same materials and designing to the same building codes and standards as traditional stick built homes -  but in much less time. Homes are built in modules then transported to their location where they are assembled by a builder.

• On average, factory construction takes 5 weeks. Typically, the home can be set on the foundation in one day. On site finishing will depend on the design and complexity of the home.
